Pick up trash.
Seems easy enough. If you see trash somewhere that it shouldn't be you pick it up and throw it in the proper recycling bin. Give yourself a small feeling of satisfaction by doing the right thing any chance you get. I personally bring trash bags in my bag for every time I go into nature.
Plant pollinator plants.
Lavender, Coneflower, Milkweed, Beebalm, Black eye Susen, Wild Bergamot, Salvia, Sunflower, Blazing Star, Zinnia, Thyme, Hibiscus. You can often get these for free at libraries, or other websites.
